Lifetime Replacement Policy
We offer a full Lifetime Replacement Warranty on our jewelry.  If the jewelry item contains a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace it, excluding damage as a result of accident, misuse, or normal wear.  If the item cannot be repaired or is no longer available, the item will be replaced with an item of equal value, as determined by the customer.  The customer will be responsible for the retail difference and applicable sales tax when replacement items selected are at a greater value.

Exchange and Refund Policy
We are very confident that you will love your Bella Voi jewelry.  However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 60 days from the date of shipment for a full refund or exchange, except on items that have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.  Returned items must be returned in the original packaging and the original receipt must accompany the return.  Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was defective.  Gifts to third parties are not refundable and can only be exchanged.  If the customer exchanges an item for one at a greater value, the retail difference and applicable sales tax will be charged.  Please contact your Bella Voi consultant to assist you with your return.
